Work Eligibility

To work from home with us in Canada, the applicant must have the necessary work authorization from the Canadian government.

Eligibility and Hiring Conditions

  • The applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registering to work with us.

  • The applicant must be a Citizen of Canada or a Permanent Resident of Canada or must have a legal right to work in Canada.

  • The applicant must be physically present in Canada during the application process, training period, and while working with us upon completion of training.

  • The applicant will work with us as a Self-employed Independent Contractor and not as employee of MPower Solutions Inc.

  • By working with us, it is important to note that such engagement will not be recognized for the purpose of claiming benefits towards Canadian immigration or work-related visa applications.

  • We do not provide sponsorship or visa assistance to our independent contractors.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they have obtained and hold the appropriate work authorization from the Government of Canada before considering any job opportunity with us.

For Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, International Students and Work permit holders

Applicants must provide an electronically scanned coloured copy of valid and an active Canadian IDs or documents:​

  • Social Insurance Number is required for us to generate and issue a T4A form at the end of the financial year.

  • Proof of current address in Canada (Please provide one.)

    • Drivers License​

    • Province or Territory Photo ID

For Work permit holders

Applicants must provide an electronically scanned coloured copy of valid and an active Proof of current status in Canada.

  • Photo copy of Work permit displaying authorization to work in Canada

For International Students with authorization to work in Canada

Applicants must provide an electronically scanned coloured copy of valid and an active Proof of current status in Canada.

  • Photo copy of Study permit displaying authorization to work in Canada

We want to ensure that we do the right thing by sub-contracting genuine individuals. Hence, we may retain/store copies of some of these documents to protect our business from fraudulent individuals. This will help us ensure that we always operate in alignment with the Canadian laws.
