We want to ensure that we do the right thing by sub-contracting genuine individuals. To ensure the applicant's identity is authentic and they are who they claim to be, we do collect at least one Photo ID verification and additional document(s) depending on applicant's status in Canada. This helps us safeguard our business against fraudulent individuals and/or activities.
Every applicant who is looking to apply for a job opportunity with us is required to complete the Photo ID verification on Arise platform.
This enables us to operate in full compliance with Arise as well as with Canadian laws and maintain a trustworthy environment for our clients and contractors.

To work us, all applicants must meet our basic requirements.

Basic eligibility requirement for all candidates

The applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registering to work with us.

The applicant will work with us as a Self-employed Independent Contractor and not as employee of MPower Solutions Inc.

The applicant must be physically present in Canada during the application process, training period, and while working with us upon completion of training.

The applicant must be a Citizen of Canada or a Permanent Resident of Canada or must have a legal right to work in Canada.

It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they have obtained and hold the appropriate work authorization from the Government of Canada before considering any job opportunity with us.
