Scheduling Hours for Work

  • You are required to create your own work schedule and post your hours of work every week using the Arise Platform.

  • The Job Description will reveal the servicing window during which you can schedule your hours of work.

  • You can schedule your hours of work from your computer or from you mobile device by downloading the mobile app.

  • There is no fixed shift time of working.

  • You will required to work based on the schedule you have posted on Arise Platform.

  • Hours of work must be scheduled in increments of 30 minutes. A 30-minute block is called an Interval.

    • Example-1: If you want to schedule 3 hours of work on a specific day,  you will have to schedule 6 intervals (6 blocks of 30 minutes each).

    • Example-2: If  you want to schedule 5.5 hours of work on a specific day, you will have to schedule 11 intervals (11 blocks of 30 minutes each).

  • The minimum amount of time you can schedule cannot be less than 1 interval (30 minutes).

  • To avoid stress and fatigue while working, we recommend that you take adequate amount of break during your work schedule.

    • Example: Let's say, you want to work 5 hours from 12:00 pm. You can schedule 5 intervals from 12:00 - 14:30 (2.5 hours). You may want to consider taking a break from 14:30 - 15:30. Schedule 5 intervals from 15:30 - 18:00 (2.5 hours). This is just a recommendation from us. However, you may play around with your intervals and break time as you feel convenient.

  • There might be special requirement for mandatory servicing on specific days for a certain number of hours. You will find more details in the Job Description of each of our job opportunities.

    • Max CAP - When Max CAP slot is released,  you will be able to schedule more hours.

MPower Service Fee

  • We deduct a Service Fee of 10%, starting from minimum $50.00 to a maximum amount of $75.00 (capped) of your total pay during each pay period.

  • Our Service Fee covers administrative expenses such as banking, accounting and providing access to virtual platform, assistance and support to our agents.

Let's review a few examples to understand the service fee calculation.

Example-1: If you worked a minimum 32.50 hours during a pay period at $15.50 per hour.

  • Your total earning before the deduction of Service Fee = $15.50 per hour x 32.50 hours = $503.75

  • We will deduct a minimum Service Fee of $50.00 flat amount.

  • Hence your Total Pay for that pay period = $503.75 - $50.00 = $453.75

Example-2: If you work 40 hours during a pay period at $15.50 per hour.

  • Your total earning before the deduction of Service Fee = $15.50 per hour x 40 hours = $620.00

  • We will deduct a Service Fee of 10% of $620.00 which would be $62.00 flat amount.

  • Hence your Total Pay for that pay period = $620.00 - $62.00 = $558.00

Example-3: If you work 75 hours during a pay period at $15.50 per hour.

  • Your total earning before the deduction of Service Fee = $15.50 per hour x 75 hours = $1162.50

  • Since your total earning is more than $750.00, we will deduct a maximum Service Fee of $75.00 flat amount.

  • Hence your Total Pay for that pay period = $1162.50 - $75.00 = $1087.50
