What do I need to qualify for the job?

To qualify for our job(s) you must successfully complete and pass the Harver Assessment.

What is a Harver Assessment?

Harver assessment is an industry-standard pre-employment testing solution, which helps us with the process for assessing candidates. It consists of a battery of questions that assess whether you are the right match for the job opportunity you are interested in. This assessment will test you for skills needed to succeed in provide best in class customer service.

Harver Assessment will mostly cover questionnaire from topics such as:

  • Personality

  • Situational judgement

  • Multitasking

  • Language proficiency

  • Typing

  • Computer literacy

As part of the Harver Assessment you will be asked to choose your job preferences. This will include questions around when you can and cannot service, how many hours you are looking to service each week, how quickly you want to start earning revenue, and language preferences. These selections, combined with your assessment scores, will be used to match you to the best available opportunities in future.

How long does it take to complete the Harver Assessment?

It usually takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes to complete the entire assessment in a single go.

How long is the Harver Assessment result valid for?

Once you pass the assessment, the result will be valid for at least 6 months for any program. That means that if you intend to apply for a different job opportunity within 6 months, you will not have to take another assessment.  If you continue to work on same job opportunity for longer than 6 months, then you will not have to take the assessment again.

Please review the 3 possible scenarios to understand the validity of the results.

Scenario-1

You passed the assessment on January 1, 2023 and started working for job opportunity A. You want to stop working on the job opportunity A and want to apply for a new job opportunity B in April 2023, then you will not be required to re-take the assessment as your results will be valid until June 30, 2023 (6 months period).

Scenario-2

You passed the assessment on January 1 and started working for a job opportunity A. You want to stop working for the job opportunity A on September 15, 2023 and want to apply for a new job opportunity B in November, 2023, then you will be required to re-take the assessment as your results will be valid until June 30, 2023 (6 months period).

Scenario-3

You passed the assessment on January 1 and started working for a job opportunity A. You continue working for the job opportunity A beyond 6 months period, then  you will not be required to re-take the assessment as you are not changing your job.

If I fail, can I re-take the Harver Assessment?

If you fail the assessment, and want to re-take the assessment, there can be two scenarios:

Scenario-1: Applying for same job (from same client)

If you want to apply for same job (from same client) then there will be a 30 days wait period before you can re-take the assessment.

​

Scenario-2: Applying for different job from different client

If you want to apply for a different job opportunity (from a different) client then you do not have to wait for 30 days.
